What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

Think about where you are now and what you want to achieve. We encourage those we work with to have a target in mind. A weight loss goal, a physical challenge to beat, or just to maintain good habits! Having a clear goal helps us better create an effective program for you.

Do you offer group deals?

No, unfortunately our services are designed for a one-on-one experience. We want to be able to give our full attention to our clients during their sessions
